Return Conditions

• Returns Deadline: You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.

• Product Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received:

• They must not have been worn, washed or altered.

• They must have original labels and intact packaging (if applicable).

• Products not eligible for return: We cannot accept returns for personalised items, final sale items or items for hygiene reasons (e.g. swimwear).

Return Procedure

2. Confirm:

• You will receive a confirmation email with instructions for shipping your return.

3. Shipping:

• Carefully package the product and ship to the indicated address.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (e.g. defective or incorrect product).

Refunds

• Refund Policy: Once we have received and verified your return, we will process the refund via your original payment method.

• Refund times: It may take up to 7-10 business days to process your refund, depending on your bank.

• Exclusions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
